Talent Management Programme

We are pleased to be able to offer a new programme for talent management practitioners in our region, the aims of which are:

  • to support organisations in establishing, improving or increasing maturity of their current talent practices;
  • to make best use of the talent management resources available; and
  • to enhance local capability to implement consistent and sustainable approaches across the NHS

The programme comprises four modules, the content of which is based on input from local Talent Leads. Each module offers a balance of input, opportunities to reflect, network, share best practice and learn from others, and a focus on practical application, tools and action to support the delivery of organisation and system talent priorities.
