Following the success of the Shadow Board Network Event in May 2019 and as a previous participant, chair, lead or sponsor of the programme, the Yorkshire and Humber Leadership Academy, in Partnership with The Inspiring Leaders Network would like to invite you to our second network event.

The aims of the day will be to bring together regional leaders such as yourselves who have all been through the programme and to create an inspirational day. The day will focus on bringing people together with a focus on the system they are working in, to explore what and how the network will work and to be a valuable and additional resource to support the national agenda.

We are again currently engaging a representation of alumni of the programme and senior system leaders to design and develop the network and if you are keen to be part of this please get in touch with me.

The agenda is still being shaped and we are keen to hear from you on what you would like, however we are keen to include:

• An opportunity to connect and network
• A view and update from senior system leads
• A wicked challenge to work on
• Support board readiness through a more practical workshop
